Wow, yesterday was such a 'wonderful' day.
If you get my drift.
Want to know what kind of events occurred yesterday?
I'll tell you.
The figures on the clock showed that it was 35 mins past 5o'clock.
I have just stepped out from my house and had pressed the button on the lift.
While waiting for the lift to arrive, I heard a child's screams and cries.
I had thought that it could be just a kid who had gotten a scolding and was crying.
Wohohohohohoho................
When the lift door opened up, I was expecting to see a crying kid but with someone else.
Instead, I just saw one little boy alone, screaming and crying.
I stood staring at him for a moment, getting my thoughts cleared up.
Oh gawd, a lost kid.
The kid seemed to be Indian or Malay, can't really say.
Shit, what am I supposed to do?
I knocked on my door and told my mom I found a lost boy.
The kid was screaming even louder until I thought my eardrums had burst a vein or two.
Really, it was sooooo loud.
My mom told me she will handle the matter and told me to go or else I might be late for work.
Just as I was entering the lift, an indian guy appeared from the stairs.
I had no idea what he was talking about but I supposed he was looking for the kid.
By then the kid was screaming "mummy!!! Mummy!!!"
The guy said the mother was running after him.
And yeah, I saw a lady emerging from the stairs.
She dropped from my sight once she saw her son.
Fainted, I guess.
Oh well, all's well, then.
Thus I made my move.
Work was as per normal.
Except for the closing part, that is.
We had done all our settlements and counted all our money.
Suddenly, I heard a lady's voice from the door, that was supposed to be closed.
Gosh, it's the same lady from last time.
Wow, she was sooo clever to push open the door.
And as the last time, she was crying and looking all desperate.
Saying that she wanted to buy teeth products and that she really needed them
Went to watson but the people over there disregarded her.
Celeste, my sub-manager, gave her way.
Told Jason, a second-jobber cashier, to follow her to the items that she needed.
She took a long time, I tell you.
And while she was paying for the items, Jason motioned to me with his mouth, "Check her bag".
I was a bit confused until he wrote using his phone,
"She took some items in her bag."
I took his phone and shove it under Celeste's nose.
Hahahaha........but that person don't really know how to handle, man.
She kept asking the lady whether that was all the items that she needed.
And let her go just like that.
I can't really do anything much.
Just a part-timer, that's me.
So I have nothing else to say.
In the end, we left the store a few minutes before 11.
Ughhhhhhhhh.............................
Yeah, at least it ended.
If you get my drift.
