A day of holiday left. Well, actually weekends don't count as holidays, so I can say that my school holiday is officially over.
Year two, here I come!
Hohoho.....that's kinda lame. Haha.
I accompanied my youngest sister to her school to attend the Bring Joy and Merriment event where kind-hearted people try to fulfill the needy kids' wishlist, and my sister was one of them.
While I was there, I saw some of the kids that I taught while I did relief teaching there. Somehow, I felt a little happy to see them. No idea if they remembered me or not. Well, one of the girls sort of waved at me, dunno if she recognised me or not, since it had been more than 3 years.
Seeing them there, a lot of memories came rushing back at me.
Like how the kids were so happy and cheerful to see me.
How they were so noisy in class.
And like how a classmate of theirs accidentally did his business in class.
Fufufufu......those days were like.....wow, if you know what I mean.
While watching as the kids went upstage to collect their presents, my heart felt a little light as I saw them walking downstage, clutching the present tightly, with a big smile on their faces.
I wished to be able to put a smile on someone's face just like that. It has very great and humble feelings, to be able to do something like that.
After everything was over, we went to the school canteen for some refreshments, where I gobbled 4 - 5 dumplings. Hohohoho!
Alright, that's it for today, I guess. Am I dreading that school is coming soon? A little, I suppose. But more of excitement, I should say. Oh well. Let's see, shall we?
